Individual Coaching The Coaching Experience Our lives and careers are driven by constant change and we are influenced in various ways by these adjustments. Joan founded her business coaching practice in 2002 and focuses her private practice on supporting individuals, non-profits and entrepreneurs Private coaching sessions occur on a scheduled basis and include an initial intake session. A Plan is developed & refined reflecting individual goals, directions and preferences. Group coaching and workshops are custom designed with a variety of goals in mind.
